What consumables do you sell?

Loveshaw Europe sell a complete range of consumable items for our packaging machinery. We supply Quick Release Machine Tape for all our case sealers and case erectors. We supply water based inks for our Microjet Ink Jet Printers, and oil based ink for our Diagraph High Resolution inj jet printing. We also supply pallet wrap (stretchwrap) film for semi-automatic turntable pallet wrappers. Our prices for consumable (as is our entire range) are extremely competitive.

Does Loveshaw Europe manufacture the consumables?

To a large extent, Yes. All our ink and pallet wrap film is manufactured by other, sister ITW companies. The tape, being a slightly more specialised product, is actually manufactured outside of the group.

What is special about your tape? I can buy tape anywhere.

Yes, tape can be purchased very easily. A common mistake though, is to try to use hand tape on a machine, or to use non-quick release tape. Using either of these two types of tape can create issues such as aherance to the box. We know the tape we supply has been specially developed with the case sealers and case erectors in mind. It works!

I use a special security tape. Can you supply this?

Yes. Contact us and we will be more than pleased to see what we can do to help.

I still tape some very small boxes by hand. Do you sell hand tape?

Yes. We recognise that even companies that have multiple case sealers still at times will need hand tape.

What size tape do you sell?

For the case sealers, we tend to supply 50mm (2") and 75mm (3") width quick release machine tape. Available in clear or buff. Likewise hand tape. For those special case sealers where we have supplied tailor-made narrow cartridges for extra-small boxes, we can also supply 25mm (1") wide tape.

Why should I use your ink?

Consistenteny of performance of any ink jet printer is vital to any user. The ink in combination with your ink jet printer, needs to produce quality print time after time. With Loveshaw Europe, this is achieved. Our inks have been designed and and tested to work with each component and produce a quality print. It is also important to note, that when you purchase ink from Loveshaw, you are also buying from the company that manufactures the ink jet printer. The ink and the ink jet printer will always be compatible.

Do you sell any other inks apart from ink for Microjet ink jet printers?

Yes. We have access to a vast array of inks from within the ITW group. We can also supply a full range of Marsh Inks for Marsh ink jet printers.

What is the difference between pallet wrap film for core-brake pallet wrapper and a power pre-stretch wrapper?

Core-brake pallet wrappers could be described as the entry level semi-automatic pallet wrapper. They use convential pallet wrap film. These machine do not tend to stretch the film as it is applied. Power pre-stretch pallet wrappers save money by stretching the pallet wrap film as it applied to a pallet, sometimes up to 260%.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We don't tend to. However, tape is usually sold by the box (6 rolls), ink by the box (6*1 liter bottle) and film by the pallet (approx 38 rolls).

If I give you an order, how quickly will it be delivered?

Consumables are usually available for despatch within 24hrs of the receipt of order. Customers can choose between a next day or three day delivery schedule.
